Disneyland (day 1), California

here is how our first day of Disneyland went (since it is not possible to do it in one day anymore).

we started out on Pirates of the Caribbean and...got stuck on the ride for a little over 30 minutes

so tessa decided to take a nap while we were sitting there and when we got off the ride we got a free fast pass for any ride


next was the haunted mansion
which my kids have never been on before and ended up loving it so much we had to do it the next day too. Brenton got an indiana jones hat for his birthday.

we rode the boats over to the pirate/tom sawyer island (we have never done this before either).

we got to meet Rabbit

Tigger

and Pooh Bear

and ended the night

with some rides
in Fantasyland
this was the nicest part of the day

the sun was setting and it was the perfect temperature. look how pink the castle looks in the background...oh i LOVE IT THERE!
