fall break

and so my brain is on break too. really. on Thursday, at an outing with friends, i could not think of the word reverent. i was saying everything but that word. " OK, now we need to fold our arms and be quiet and be peaceful. you know, how you are at church, with the arm folding and the quietness." to which my friend Lisa came to my rescue and said, " REVERENT. let's be reverent. geez, Marci, has it been that long since you have been to church?"

apparently it has.

i love friends and family that can laugh at me! and still love me too...
