workout week 2 of death

i broke my stomach.

my stomach muscles are broken.

for reals. i cough, sneeze, try and sit up, it all just makes me scream in pain.

OK, i know you can't "break muscles" but, if you could...then i totally did it.

i am hoping that my body aches start to decrease this week (as is the rest of the family). Walter is getting sick of hearing me complain about my body aches.

i am kinda scared for the workout today...this is the workout that broke my stomach muscles.

THIS WORKOUT IS NOT FOR THOSE WHO SHY AWAY FROM PAIN!
